TMO d.o.o. is a company based in Ljubljana, Slovenia, that was founded in 2014.
The company’s origins can be traced back to the opening of its first retail store in Ljubljana, which specialized in mobile phone accessories. Due to the store’s success, the company quickly expanded and opened a second store in one of the city’s major shopping centers. At the same time, TMO d.o.o. became an official distributor for one of the fastest-growing telecommunications operators that was just starting to make its mark on the Slovenian market.
In 2015, TMO d.o.o. opened its third store in Litija, and in the following years, opened two additional stores in Kranj and one in Jesenice. TMO d.o.o. has also offered its services to customers through a telesales center located in the same building as the company’s main offices in Ljubljana.
Throughout its years of operation, TMO d.o.o. has been heavily involved in the import and distribution of mobile phones and accessories, both from EU countries and China. TMO d.o.o. has paved the way for the Maxcom (Poland) and Ulefone (China) brands, which have become a staple in Slovenian mobile phone and telecommunications shops.
In 2020, TMO d.o.o. expanded its services by opening a mobile phone and consumer electronics repair center. The repair center offers official warranty repairs for certain brands, as well as repairs for devices that are out of warranty. This addition to the company’s offering allows TMO d.o.o. to provide even more comprehensive support to its customers, ensuring that their devices are always in working order.
